BMI

Just thought I'd check my BMI and for the first time in 9 years (since my daughter was born) it is under 35 - I am so pleased:bliss:
I have never in all my life doing diets ever been so motivated by the day to day results of this diet

Hurrah well done!!!!! I am getting excited about mine getting under 40 one day in the not too distant future lol
