Good question Amethyst!

Initially it was thought that members who are doing their diet 100% wanted a food free forum which would mean those doing Sole Source.


Then it was pointed out that Sole Source covers SSing AAM and SSing +

Next it is suggested that the forum be for all those who commit to to doing CD Strictly 100%

Until the members know themselves what they want there is not much we can do.
