Sore Throat - lemsip?

Hi all,

Anyone know if we're allowed to take lemsip, I have a really sore throat, took panadol before I went to bed but didnt really do the trick and I know lemsip usually works for me but i'm sure theres sugar in it, anyone any advice? :wave_cry:

not sure hun, but im pretty sure you can no get sugar free strepsils
dont quote me tho! lol

Try and get some sunshine orange or summer berry water flavourings from your CDC. These are really soothing if you have them hot with your paracetamols.

If you need throat lozenges get the sugar free ones.

You could also try a salt water gargle or a cider vinegar gargle. Both are supposed to be really effective.
