water flavouring on cd

how much can i have in a week im putting 1 teaspoon per pint of water so it taste nice but am having it in all my water so about 4 pints a day 4 teaspoon of flavoring ( is there a limit to what we should have on cd

I was told 2 teaspoons per day max. As its 1 teaspoon per litre (from memory) that means that 2 litres of your daily water can be flavoured. However I used to use 0.5 teaspoon per litre as it I found it quite strong. I didnt use the flavouring much though.

I drinks bottled water, and when i decide i want to add some flavour i use 2.5 (from a medicine spoon) into a 2 litre bottle... and i find this strong enough for me..

What about if you get a bottle of water and try this? and just refill it using tap water if thats what you drink?

i like it really strong its so lush but im gonna have to cut down now been drinking it full force since sunday ill just have one nice litre at nigth while watching bb and eastenders and water in the day i think
