Excersise?

This is my second bash of CD and the first time i done it was told not to excersise for the first few weeks! is this right? ive been doing alot of walking but dont want to over do it!
 
The official guidance is to take it easy for the first couple of weeks, I always recommend to people I see that walking, swimming, yoga, pilates and other toning and gentle exercising is absolutely perfect for firstly helping with loose skin and muscle tone and also of course for long term weight maintenance a more active lifestyle helps loads.
