foods to avoid whilst refeeding

hi eveyone
can anyone help me? ive read wot food i CAN have but was just wondering wot kinda foods i should avoid. i start refeed on mon and am dreadin that i'll put all my weight back on!!

Only 1 - 2 glasses of wine a week
if you gain cut all carbs out for 2 days
lots of salads and veg with all your meals
have a protein with everymeal
keep up the water

No alchol on refeed wk, need to make sure you are out of ketosis first if you want to drink.
 
absolutley NO alcohol! Stick to it as its written and you will have no worries. oops, nearly forgot......ENJOY!
