chopped spuds up with courgette, pepper, onion, carrot and butternut squash, sprayed with fry light and oven roasted.

Yum yum, and all for 3.5 points!
 
Oooh I havent had those Quorn things for AGES!! I must get some :)

ready made mash (1.5)

was only a little dinner, i trying to eat little but often to cut out snacking.
 
I had:

> Low Fat tuna steak (140g) = 2 points
> boiled potato's = 1 points
> Bag of mixed salad = 0 points
> 30g of LF roule = 1.5

3.5 points for an absolutely scrumptious dinner!!

Oh, I had a LF fruit yogurt for 2.5 points. 5 points left over so might have a snack just before bed (maybe...) and then save the rest for my vodka/diet cokes this friday night ;)

I had sausage casserole and mashed potato round my friends house tonight and a WW chocolate top dessert ( i love them )

I guestimated 11 points for the whole thing cos i didnt know how much it was.
