well i lost 3lbs... which takes me to 1st 10lbs lost in 5 weeks :(

a bit annoyed because i know i started 2lbs lighter on cdc's scales (evening wi)...

but by my scales i have lost 2st 1lb (morning wi)...

i feel happier with the loss on my scales than on cdc's... makes me feel quite de-motivated...

put the 3lb loss down to AAMW so it better be higher next week

C'mon hunny, chin up, its still a loss :) another 3lbs towards goal, and you are well on target for the stone a month guidelines for CD, have u measured yourself recently?

Keep up the good work you are doing so well.

i'm gonna go by my scales, cos they are more accurate as it is first thing in the morning and i'm in the buff...

whereas today at weigh in i had a hoody on and jeans!!

When i did WW they always used to say dont get weighed in jeans, i go by my morning weigh in too hun, the amount in fluid we must put on throughout the day with all that water must contribute to higher readings without a doubt.

1stone 10lbs in 5 weeks IS REALLY FANTASTIC!!! Welcome to the 3lb club that's what I seem to lose or I lose less most weeks with No cheating. Definitely look at the bigger picture it really is an Incredible achievement! XX
