Morning all! Lovely warm and sunny in London today!!

B: 1/2 bagel HE B, melon, skinny sf vanilla latte HE A

L: Salad, salad dressing 3 syns, fruit salad, vanilla yoghurt

D: LF Sausages on the bbq, new potatoes HE B, salad, dressing 3 syns

S: hula hoops (multipack, syns), fruit, meringue syns, lf custard syns
E: 45 min bike ride
W: 3 litres

Bfast - All Bran (Hexb) topped with berries and milk from HexA
MM Fruit
Lunch Huge Cheese Salad (HexA)
Apple
EM Quorn Burger Bap with SW chips.

Water as much as I can drink
Exercise will be 30 min workout at gym

B: yoghurt, banana, apple, tea with milk from hex a
Mid morning latte - 4 syns
L: salad with fat free vinegarette, packet ryvita minis ( hex b ), laughing cow ( hex a)
D: mccain rustic chips ( 3 syns ) baked beans and eggs fried in fry light

snacks - fruit and 2 alpen lite bars

exercise 3 mile walk in 48 mins or less
 
menu for today:

Breakfast - scrambled egg - x 4 ryvita (HE B)
Lunch - tesco tinned ravioli (free on green), mango, mullerlight vanilla yoghurt
Tea - quorn sausages, smash and mushy peas (may have gravy as syns)

Snacks - 71 g dried apricots (HE B) and a milky coffee (HE A)
Exercise - 25 mins on Powerplate this morning and a hilly cycle ride to the pub for a diet coke after work
Syns - none yet - but probably gravy with my mash tonight, and a packet of ryvita minis to take to the pub with me!
 
thanks for clarifying that lindam - i really fancy some tonight but will have to wait till tomorrow ! ( the ravioli that is!)

tastes better with a sprinkling of parmesan! I also dry fry onion, peppers etc then add the tin of ravioli!

L: salad (with salad cream 1 syn and 1 ryvita 1.5 syns) with turkey flavour quorn slices and boiled egg, 2 x shape yogurts
D: Quorn swedish meatballs with bolognese sauce and pasta
supper: cocoa (1 syn) and 2 alpen light (hex b)

How do you find the powerplated Lindam? I did one at the gym (you have to do it with a trainer) and it kicked my butt! I felt it for 3 days afterwards!!
