OK so I've lost just 3 stone yipeeee! So I went shopping for clothes today. Literally needed everything tops, trousers, shorts, socks, underwear. So as I expected my sizes had gone down both top and bottom but top were still bigger than I would have thought!

So I went to get measured for a bra and much to my surprise I have gone UP a cup size!!!!! What the F**k?????? I used to be a 36C before putting the weight on. Ballooned to 40D but am now a 38E!!!!!

Seriously what has a girl to do to get rid of them! Really can't understand it! :break_diet:

Short of surgery does anyone have any suggestions for reducing them????

is it because you hadn't been measured for a bra previously and were wearing the wrong size?

Don't think so! Was measured about 6 months ago and hadn't put up any weight since then.

Sara, I think you may have lost weight from below your boobs, that is why you have gone from a 40 to a 38. When you go down a bra size you often have to go up a cup size. It may mean your measurement around your boobs is the same and the cup size is taken from the difference between that measurement and your bra size.

Hope that doesn't sound like double dutch! I have lost weight from under my boobs but I'm just wearing my bras on the tightest hooks as I daren't be remeasured! Not sure how far up the alphabet M&S bra sizes go!!!!! Lol!
