Tomorrow is day 1 of my next attempt at vlcd shakes (starting off with using up leftover LL shakes then I'll move to CD). I know by about 10am I will be wanting to give up so when I do I will come on here for some extra Will Power...... can you give me some inspiring replies to look at in the dark hours...... thank you xxxx
