Ive been on SS and Ss+ for 4weeks now but I hae had a constant heavy period which has been a nightmare!... I am on Cerezette mini pill and usually dont even get a period...so this is very unusual for me?.. and to say the words HEAVY FLOW is an understatement.. sorry to be blunt!

Is ths usual on the CD?....

ive had 2weeks periods and i started cd 3weeks ago, before this i didnt start cas i had the injection. ive asked my cdc and she says its nothing to do with the diet but coming on here i think it does.

im going to make a doctors appointment tommorow so hopefully it should get sorted

it really put u on a low when its just constant:sigh::sigh::sigh:

hi im on cerazette pill too, been on cd for 14 weeks and it hasnt effected my periods, in fact i havent had one for about 12 months now

My periods are a nightmare on CD, my Dr has put me on a hormone pill, which works when it feels like it, but I'm still bleeding more than usual.

I have the contraceptive implant and have been having periods every other week. It makes me feel exhausted.

Have you thought about changing pill??? Im on microgynum and never had a problem since on the diet

I am on cerazette, the first time I did this diet I was constantly on heavy for 8 weeks, went to see my doc as my CDC was concerned incase it was sending me anaemic, but it wasn't, my doc explained that when you are on a VLCD your hormones go all over the place, plus your body is changing that much that your pill doesn't know what it is doing, although you are still protected.
