Just wanted to say thanks for all the initial help & postive vibes I am getting from you Atkins folks!! I feel so much stronger now, diet wise than I have in ages.
it really really works hun, doesnt feel like you're dieting at all, and you can even have a drink if you can be restrained tothe odd one if you re celebrating anything. vodka & zero coke or white wine (with soda even better)
