hey. its been 7 days since my new diet, weightlifting program. tom i'm gonna weigh in! anyways i was flexing my arms like the guys do AND MY BICEPS HAD VIBILE DEFINITION ON THEM. :sigh:there's a litte loose spin and fat hanging of course.:sigh: anyways i've been doing this through youtube vidoes. Sparkpeople exercises. and was just wondering if there's any other free online excercises. looking for HIIT cardio:confused:
 
If you are doing weights then it is unlikely you will see any results on the scales as you will be bulking up
