30FlirtyGirl has officially joined SW

Well I did it, I walked to my local SW meeting last night on my tod and joined. I have to say it is the best thing I have done. Liz my leader seems lovely and friendly and the whole class welcomed me which was a relief (as I am quite shy). My starting weight is just 1lb more than when I finshed CD last wednesday so I am pleased with that and am confident that I can succeed with this diet. I have bought some cooking books from eBay which should come today and I am really looking forward to cooking healthy tasty food for the whole family. I am really excited and just wanted to share. xx

Let me know how the CD / SW switch goes. I want to go to SW once I've lost these 11.5lbs!
