Ok so I thought I would jump on the bandwagon with my own diary.

I'm 33 married and mum of 2.
I've been big most of my life :cry:At my biggest I was 16 1/2 stone which was about 7 years ago. I did lose about 4 stones using Joanna Halls no carbs after 5 diet which was good. But then I went through a divorce and met my new hubby, and so piled the weight back on to almost 16 stones

Then about 4 weeks I decided I had, had enough and so decided to join SW online. And so now here I am :D
My weight loss has been up and down, but that could be due to the fact I am A) not eating enough or B) was on last week

Anyway I am hoping that this diary will help me sort things out :)

Yesterdays meal:

Breakfast: 2 slice's if nimble brown with 1 laughing cow triangle. A coffee with 1 sugar (1 syn) and milk from HEX A

Snack: Banana
Drinks 1 green tea and about 3 pints of very diluted no added sugar lemon squash.

Lunch: 2 tesco fat free burgers and beans.

Dinner: Baked potato with cheese from both HEX A and B

Supper was a cadbury's highlight 2.5 syns? (not sure on this):p
and Alpen light bar from HEX B

Day 2 of diary.

I had:

Toast with laughing cow again and coffee

Snack a fat free yoghurt
Drinks so far 2 glasses of lemon squash

Lunch: Baked potato with cheese HEX A and Beans

Dinner: Roasted veg with cous cous with a tiny dash of olive oil.

Supper Highlight drink with alpen bar

I am really hoping so.

Oh forgot to add. I am being careful with my syns all week because I am having a pampered chef party on Friday. So will be having a few glasses of wine as well as trying out a pecan cake :D

Nope it doesn't cost anything as it based on commission like with ann summers/ body shop parties etc :)

can recommend the baking 'stones' that you can get from the Pampered chef parties - the flat one is great for making the smash pizza on. I cook my slimming world chips on this as well ....

I was thinking of getting one :D Because when I made that pizza it was a mare to get out and broke up

I went to one of those candle parties the oher week too - bit costly isn't it? I bought two (!) - must be mad - of those vase like things that hold oil and you have sticks coming out the top - they're a kind of air freshener and were £24.99 each!!!!! ARE MEANT TO LAST 6 MONTHS BUT NOOOO ......

Yeah they looked quite good. Aparently they last longer if you have fewer reeds in them

I'm back :) Haven't felt very well over the weekend thanks to a cold :( So I had a loazy weekend.
The party went well, managed to get a pizza stone for nothing thanks to my guests buying lots of things :D
I had a piece of the cake, 2 glasses of wine and some nibbles and managed to stay the same weight which was cool :D.

Lunch: cheese salad sandwich with tsp of light mayo

Dinner: cous cous and roasted veg
