New to the diet

Hi just started LT this week, first shake was Monday teatime. Felt really hungry that night so went to bed early. Yesterday a little better, still felt hungry so had a cup of tea instead and another early night. Today going ok. Going to the pictures tonight but no treats for me. Three stone to go!!!

Welcome Chaddy x Well done so far hun, early nights are the best in the 1st wk but it gets sooooooo much easier. Keep it up and look forward to a fab loss at ur 1st weigh in xxxxxx

hey Chaddy welcome!! Love that mission statement :D Im not sure if this would help, but I found that if I spilt the shakes up into 6 smaller portions it helped me get through the hunger pangs... dont worry though the pangs do go :D

Welcome to the forum Chaddy. I took my shakes with a liter of water (its a way of getting more water in) and it fills u up good and proper. Best of luck with the diet

Hi and welcome, hope im reading it wrong but you did have all 3 shakes didnt you? All day up until teatime is a long time to go with nothing so try and space them out more
