SNACKS!!

so it gets to around 4 o'clock at work and im dying for something but all we have near is a vending machine packed with sweets and crisps.
can anyone suggets some healthy snacks that are a bit more exciting than an apple, especially as im trying to cut down on fruit and all the natural sugars xxxx
 
Veggie sticks with hummous,
rice cakes,
air popped pop corn (can be done in a micro wave or you can buy pre popped).
A cooked chicken breast cut in to little pieces can be a nice change they fill me up.
Nuts/seeds.
A flask of home made veg soup.
Yogarts.
crackers can be nice if your craving a biscuit with or with out toppings or ryvitas.
 
some mixed berries with a low fat yoghurt drink on them i tried it at weekend was lovely
