mushrooms!

what i would do if you like garlic.. if cut them up into like quarters.. spray an oven bowl with spray light.. put some garlic powder.. crushed garlic, whatever into it.. quite a lot.. and then put in the oven for like 20 mins.. doesnt need butter (unless you want of course).. as the mushrooms cook in their own juices.. you could always add a wee bit of water if you feel it might be too dry..
On the other hand.. depending on how much you like mushrooms.. (my fave things in the world.. i could eat a whole plate of them).. you could make a bolagnaise sauce.. just get your mushrooms.. spray light.. onions maybe? peppers.. whatever.. spray light fry them.. then add a tin of chopped tomatos.. some herbs.. but of garlic.. and i think (i dont do SW).. it would be free on a green day to go with some pasta.. or something..
oorrr.. some kebab sticks.. and put a variety of veg on them.. with more mushrooms than other veg.. and there you have mushroom kebabs..
Hmm.. maybe not eating food has made me a little mushroom crazy..

I fry-ight them with a little garlic puree, and put in a pyrex bowl, sprinkle with grated babybel-lights and grill til golden crispy. Have this every friday night with my pizza slices (all 15 syns ) and SW chips and feel great afterwards :innocent0002: 2 months ago I would have ordered a 9 inch mamamia full of grease, and garlic mushrooms swimming in butter and cheese with skinny fries...:sign0137:

Make breadcrumbs from a HE portion of bread, add some cajun seasoning to it, then dunk the mushrooms in beaten egg and coat in the breadcrumbs and cook on a baking tray with fry light. Delicious!

I like to make a batch of potatoes, cut up, with loads of veg, including mushrooms, courgette, peppers and then roast them in the oven with rosemary (fresh or dried) sprinkled over them.
completely free on green! my dinner last night actually...
