I gotta say I am a bit of an english mustard fiend! 
So... just thinking. if i go back to eating.. ie 790 or 1000 plan.
Can I eat Colmans English Mustard? I know that the regular mustard includes Citris Acid.. a no no... but the powdered stuff u use to make mustard with just water has only mustard flour in?
Just thought it was worth an ask?
Also... just wondered about garlic too?!
