Do you think its best that I get some of the maintenance bars for whilst im away on holiday so that I can have for my breakfast?!

how different are they from the shakes?!

That sounds like a good idea because the bars are quite filling

They are lovely - kind of chewy muesli covered in a yogurty topping - lovely

Its different everywhere - I can buy the bars and sachets individually from mine but some of the others said they only got samples and had to order in bulk.

Maintenance bars will defo be a good idea, they will keep you full for ages and stop any snack attacks..
