I started on SS+ after 3 weeks of SS.
Sole source plus meals
This is the menu allowed:-
120g chicken or turkey breast
190g cod, haddock or other white fish
250g steamed tofu
200g quorn
180g tuna (in water)
225g cottage cheese (reduced fat)
Add about two tablespoons of any of the vegetables (cooked or raw) from the following list:-
asparagus, broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower, celery, courgettes, cucumber, lettuce (all kinds), spinach
No added salt allowed but you can use fat free dressings and seasonings. Avoid all oil based salad dressings and those containing fat.
