Hello, I'm new, just registered and I wonder if this may not be the 'done thing' as I've had a look and can't see it anywhere - does anyone have this week's online password?

It's usually on display at your class. If you dont go to class you may need to contact SW to get one.

Slimming World Password
I would like all members to please refrain from posting the slimming world password on the open forum.

I recieved an email today from Slimming World about this. Please see the email posted below.

Dear Administrator,

I’ve received a letter from a Slimming World member who is very disappointed to see that the password for LifelineOnline is being shared on your forum. Whilst I can see that your forum is a source of mid-week support and motivation for many members – and possibly non-members too – I would appreciate it if you could ensure that the password isn’t published on your pages.

Group members pay a weekly fee which includes exclusive access to the site. LifelineOnline is an extension of Slimming World, rather than a support system in itself, by passing the password on to non-members it is depriving them of experiencing for themselves the unique support of a Slimming World group and Image Therapy. We are the only slimming company that allows members free access to a member’s website via a password (other companies charge for this service); if the password continues to be made available to non-members on unofficial forums, we may have to review LifelineOnline ‘free’ status.

We do take this seriously because we want to offer our members the very best online support and help for free. I hope you can appreciate that and are able to action this on your support forum as soon as possible.

Yours sincerely

Nicola Slack

The above is on a sticky in Slimming Worl Forum.

MiniMins have agreed to abide by Nicola Slack's request not to have the password on the open forum.

I thought that might be the case. I used to go to the group but it's not for me so I stopped - I wanted to check some Syns online. Looks like I'll have to join the postal group or web if they have it. Thank you.

Oh, thank you! That would be great.

I have a Riso fino Spinach & cheese risotto thing (Lidl bargain!)
McEnnedy American Cheese pasta
Jade Instant noodles curry flavour
King Li instant noodles
I like my green days & carbs!

Jade Instant Noodles, Curry, dried 100g cooked

Original 8 Syns
green.gif
Green 3 Syns
Couldn't find the exact flavour of the Riso Fino but they are about 1 Syn each. The other 2 items weren't listed.

A tip for noodles: Get the Bachelors low fat super noodles as they are free on green

Thank you so much for looking that up, it's really nice of you.

Yes I love those syn free ones, especially the Thai ones, but these noodles were only 17p a packet so I thought it was worth a shot!

Thanks again

It's no problem, we are all in this together. One more piece of advice for you: It is worth paying extra for the Syn free stuff. Think of what you could spend on junk food, take aways, sweets and chocolate and it still works out cheaper!

Does anyone know the syn values for DeBron sweeties?

I am in a bit of a pickle at the minute that I am trying to swap over from CD to SW but I need to figure out how to do this.

I hadn't thought of it like that. I did used to get one or two takeaways a week! Never been that big on sweets or choc as we weren't allowed them as kids but show me a chicken madras, peshwari naan, fried rice, chicken pakora, few poppadoms and a couple of pints...!
