that the New York Bagels are a whopping 11 SYNS!!!!!

This shocked me today as they are so small, I was going to have one but decided to give it to the dogs. I would have thought 5-6 syns max but not 11.

Just goes to show..... I would rather have 3 Ryvittas!

Flippin Eck that does seem a lot I just looked at asda's good for you bagels too thinking they might be a little less but they are still 11 syns each too

even more shocking wraps are 9/10, cant remember exactly jsut remember the week i started having some in the house and forcing them upon people to get rid of them. lol

i always thought wraps were healthy but when i saw the sins i could'nt believe it xx

I have been surprised by the syn value of pitta/bagels and wraps - always thought I was being healthy!
