hi all ive just spoken to my cdc shes said o have a chicken tikka and salad.

ive had 3 shakes and then a meal. but ive seen on here that tomatoes and peppers are a no no

can any1 tell me y please :confused::confused::confused:
 
I know tomatoes is to do with the citric acid (knocks you out of ketosis) but don't know about the peppers I'm afraid.
 
I think red and yellow peppers are high in carbs (than green ones). No sure whether that helps. Also chicken tikka could have all sorts of stuff added to it (unless you make it yourself) sometime is has preservative food colouring etc.
