Me too, i'm new!! I've written a little intro under the general weightloss... bit and also have just started a blog. Good luck everyone. Oh, one question, how do I set up an avatar?

Hi and welcome, this site is excellent for support . You will need to post more around 25 for a signature and 50 for an avatar I think. Once you have done that you go to USER CP and edit signature/avatar. Hope that Helps xx
