hi im julie.i started finished the first wek of mu lipotrim diet...i had my weigh in and had only lost 5 pounds
it was my fault as i expected more but i did keep nibbling or a bite here and there on food.....
do you think thats why i didnt loose as much as other people here

I've just had my first weigh in too and lost 5lb - I had no cheats at all but I know what you mean I felt slightly disappointed. LT is a complete food replacement diet so you must not eat anything at all!

Good luck next week - and no dibbling!
 
aww hun try not to be so hard on yourself its a hard diet to do, and yes nibbling is your problem, but I fell off the diet after one day but got back up and started again, I am now on day 5 all not so bad and I think 5 is a good weight loss we dont all lose lots but we all keep chipping away at it and we will get there hun, so hugs and cuddles to you hun and next week will be better.
 
you must be very strict- its a kind of all or nothing diet! i only lost 5 in my first week and was happy- better than nothing eh! but in your next week try and not nibble at anything- i know how hard it is

5lbs is still a good loss.

But you shouldnt be eating. I know lipotrim is hard but in order to get results you need to be 100% committed.

Im not trying to give out to you but its important that you dont nibble on anything. Total food replacement is just what the name suggests and by nibbling on anything your making it really hard on yourself

You will also affect your losses - so you wont have big losses if your eating food.

If you really cant stop nibbling than maybe try the maintanence programme for a little bit. The losses wont be as big but you will still get to eat.
 
awww guys its still 5lb gone so well done on that, and it can be hard but try to stick to it 100%

Aww Jules don't beat yourself up over it, 5lbs is still good, could have been worse right? Just make sure your harder on yourself and give your next WI your target to really lose something. I've found drinking the water is helpping me stop eatting, if I think about eatting I drink instead, soon makes you forget :) big good luck for your next WI, no more cheating xxxx
 
hey guys as missy said it is still 5 lbs, dont be disheartned. but have a think;
* Did i nibble ? if so dont do that next week be more determined
* Did i really drink enough water? log it and make sure you really drinking 3-4 litres every day it makes a huge difference
* Are you keeping busy doing something, anything? otherwise you ( well i know i do) end up moping about feeling sorrow foryourself thinking about food, plus the more active you are the more fat you burning.

Please dont be disheartned, everyone is different remeber but you gotta gotta gotta keep your water up and dont nibble! look forward to next week and remember better off than on :)

I was told by my pharmacist that as the first week's loss is water loss, its normally less for people who don't have a high carb diet as they don't hold as much water. So if your diet before LT was low carb - then your first week's loss wouldn't be as much. Just quoting my pharmacist..
 
5lb is still a great start. How much do you want to lose?

doesnt matter which week your in the fact of the matter is if you cheat, binge, pick or taste it is more than likely you will have a small loss or none at all and in some cases gain. I dont really see why people spend all this money and hard work then eat.
Yes it is easy to say but just dont do it.

Got to agree with the Master on this one.

5 lb is great but imagine what it could have been. LT is all about breaking habits and if you continue to nibble you aren't doing that. This diet is sooo expensive, so don't waste your money, pay WW and lose 1/2 lb each week instead...Not appealing?? Then NO MORE CHEATING. XXXXX

its great this week i wont touch a thing....im gonna really work hard at this...still this is better that any other diet i have tried otherwise i would still be 5 pounds heavier.....im so glad you all are here
