Don't do it bec it's really hard to get mind back to 100% when you do I am really struggling to get my head back to where I was when I started

Many of us have done it, including Christmas, birthdays, holidays, easter, you just need to get your mind set right.

I discovered over Christmas that I don't enjoy it because of the food and drink, I had a fab time just being with my family and having fun, the same with being on holiday. I managed 10 days away on foodpacks, still had an excellent time and lost weight too.
You can do it.
