Can I do cambridge diet?

Hi everyone I'm new here and just wondered if anyone could tell me if I can start the cambridge diet I only need to lose just over 2 stone but it's a lot for me. I'm only 5 foot nothing:cry: and 10st 2. I have really got my heart set on this diet as I not only just want to lose the weight but to learn how to maintain it the healthy way after.

and if poss get some advice from a CDC

Your BMI is 28 so providing there are no contraindications you should be able to start CD.

Does that mean I can start SS?

I have contacted my CDC but she is away on a cambridge diet course at the moment, I just wanted to know what will happen when i get in contact with her and how long it will take to get started the diet?

Providing you have no contraindications you can start ss. Your CDC will go through all the necessary questions with you. When you can see them will depend on their diary.
