Eggs?

on the SS+ i am allowed a piece of chicken a day, i was thinkin, as eggs have no sugars or carbs, i wonder if an egg would be allowed a day?
i think i may ask my cdc, but just wondered if anyone else knew.

They are not on the list of approved foods. Think its to do with the cholesterol levels in the eggs? Not sure.
