Well this is my 2nd day on 810 felt a bit sick yesterday after my huge meal, so gonna break it down and have two smaller ones today.

Hi everyone

Hope everyone having a good day..Last day of sunshine for a while they say
Hope the 810 going OK Lisa
I'm doing OK although on about day 14 of scales not moving!I will not be defeated by them..they will be out the window tomorrow if they don't behave...Just want that next 2lbs by Friday to get to the 100lb loss
