My weight loss seems to be slow. I'm very overweight, and really expected things to go faster.
I'm lactose intolerant, and usually I avoid dairy products, I don't have to be too strict, and cheese is fine for example.
Eating dairy causes alternating constipation and the runs, and weight gain. Plus a tender tummy, all of which I've been having on LT.
LT is basically skimmed milk powder with stuff added, and does contain lactose! I did say it to my pharmacist and basically she verbally shrugged if that makes sense.
Any advice or any other lactose intolerant people out there?
