It's my elder son's birthday so I promised him I'd take him to AT.

Would probably say mid week tues or wednesday as people might be taking long weekend breaks so best to avoid fri-mon. Not on bank holiday weekend either maybe nearer the end of the month as well as people would have spent enough money during the first few weeks. You can always buy fast track tickets when we went to thorpe park it was £8 for four of the biggest rides, def worth the money.

yeh definately midweek better. Try last minute.com for cheaper tickets.
