Have had my 3 weeks off, put on my 7lb and re-started Wednesday but had an emotional few days, and my mother in law's 70th birthday lunch today and have eaten and eaten and oh yes, eaten!!!!

I can't carry on like this, enough is enough. I have a 40th party to go to on 21 June and another wedding to go to on 5 July so am getting back on it tomorrow. I don't want to undo all my hard work so am giving myself a talking to and getting back on the fab CD wagon tomorrow, wish me luck!!

re-start seems so unimportant after grandma's sad news ...
 
it most certainly does, its so sad, have followed grandma from the start when her husband was ill and her daughter had premature twins, i don't understand life sometimes.

thanks am determined to do well, my loss so far has made me feel like a different person.

Its a real show stopper -
but you still deserve all the luck in the world with your restart
as grandma has shown by comin onto the forum - life goes on - she is a lesson to us all x
 
It does put things into perspective, but in some ways shows how important it is to focus on the important things in life, health and self esteem have to count in there somewhere.
