Hi all,

I joined MiniMins last week and spent a few days in the CD forum. Anyway off back to SW tomorrow as I know it works if you stick to it.
Just thought I would say hi. I am soooo looking forward to eating real food after 3 days living of shakes and soups. One important thing I did learn from CD is the importance of drinking lots of water so that will continue. Looking forward to reading about your SW journeys.

I was on cd for 3 days to - couldnt handle it and decided I needed to do a long term eating plan - one where i dont have to re - introduce food at the end.... so Im gonna look into SW on Tuesday...How much have you got to lose?.....and yes I did learn to, drink.. drink .. drink!

I am at least 4 stone over my ideal weight but I would like to loose a minimum of 3 stone which I know is poss and easy with SW even though it is slower than CD - I know it will stay off. I have HUGE faith in SW and know it works if you stick with it 100% - after surviving on CD for 3 days I know I will find SW a breeze. Cant wait!!!
 
You will both get there, we all will whether it's directly or via the scenic route and we are all here to support each other along the way. Welcome to the forum and to SW x
