questions about refeeding/maintenance???

Hi Sorry - I know there is a refeed section but it doesn't get much traffic. I have read the 2 stickies in the refeed section but am still quite confused. I am stopping TFR in 12days, 10 hours and 22 mins approx!!!! ;)

So I know I do a refeed week and I have seen the foods that I can have so that is fine. But I would like to lose another stone or more so what do I use the same shakes as now or maintenance food, or does it matter? And how many a day? Are they still meal replacements?:confused:

After refeed week again which shakes? How many a day?

And what am I trying to eat low fat or low carb???? I am thinking for example of caesar salad dressing for example.....there is a low fat one which is higher in carbs or there is the normal one that is lower in carbs???? It is all so bloody confusing????:eek::eek::sigh:

Any advice is very welcome!

Definitley alot of grey areas i'm just avoiding carbs and fat this week altogether.

Im into my 2nd wk of maintenance (1st week didnt go too well cos was on hol and didnt stick to it).
Ok on refeed wk you can have the tfr shakes or maintenance products, I was given the maintenance but thats prob cos I was going to be continuing with maintenance.
Then when you have finished your refeed wk you have maintenance products INSTEAD of your brekkie and lunch because as you say you still have more weight to lose. I was very confused over this as literature says different but rang lt and they said its 2 maint prods and 1 low fat meal per day. She said you can have some fruit also but have it in the afternoon as fruit makes you hungry. Im having low fat and I suppose low carb meal, just having protein (fish/chicken) and salad or veg, have cut out spuds, bread, pasta etc this week. You dont eat as much food as you do on refeed wk but the maint stuff is low gi so is meant to keep you fuller for longer but tbh Im finding myself hungry on it so just guzzling the water to compensate that. Maint prods I have tried are the bars (yummy), soup (nice though I preferred the tfr one, you can add extra water to this when preparing and add condiments and extra veg, makes a hearty meal), and the summer fruits (didnt like it, too frothy). Have yet to try the rest of the range (think a choc whip dessert and orange creme drink). As Im finding myself hungry I split my soup today and had half at lunchtime and have yet to have the other half. Hope this helps...
 
Thanks for that Bindi! It is all so confusing! Any other ideas out there?
