Hi Sorry - I know there is a refeed section but it doesn't get much traffic. I have read the 2 stickies in the refeed section but am still quite confused. I am stopping TFR in 12days, 10 hours and 22 mins approx!!!!
So I know I do a refeed week and I have seen the foods that I can have so that is fine. But I would like to lose another stone or more so what do I use the same shakes as now or maintenance food, or does it matter? And how many a day? Are they still meal replacements?
After refeed week again which shakes? How many a day?
And what am I trying to eat low fat or low carb???? I am thinking for example of caesar salad dressing for example.....there is a low fat one which is higher in carbs or there is the normal one that is lower in carbs???? It is all so bloody confusing????:sigh:
