psylium Husk vs Fibre 89 - Please advice.

Hi, I have two questions about fibre.

1. I am a little stubborn in that department and was wondering whether Fibre 89 or Psylium Husks are the best way to go.

2. If Psylium Husks are best, how do you take them?

Never tried Fibre 89. I get the p husk capsules from Holland and Barrat and usually have 4 a day.

i have husk capsules, 2 in morn 2 in eve and it sorted me out ok even when senna max didn't!

i take the PH tabs aswell and they work a treat
