I am, I am - restarting that is, im starting cd ss'ing on Monday!!

Cant wait as im just getting bigger and bigger!! Need to take some control!!

Restart on monday

Hi i'm restarting on Monday too . I've got 8 weeks until my holiday ' all inclusive Morrocco' so I want to look OK on the beach. I need to loose minimum 2 stone.
Good luck to all those that are restarting on Monday, its going to nice weather next week so its water,water,water.

hi, I had to stop for my exams, planning to re-start but i am double minded as i like heavy gym sessions and not sure ssing will allow me to do that.
I got holiday planned in august. something must be done
i got abt 2 stones to loose.
