Calorie Counting to Skinnydom Diary

Hello there :)
My names Bam and I have 3stone and 8lbs to lose to get to goal.
I would like to be at my 10 stone goal by December 4th when I go on holiday.
I am currently eating 1400 cals per day and doing around 30 mins of exercise per day to lose the weight.
I am going to keep this diary to keep me motivated and hopefully pick up tips from all you nice peeps.

Day one:

Today I have eaten -

Brekky: porridge made with skimmed milk - 200 cals
Lunch: Veggie fingers x 4, small portion of oven chips, 1/2 can of baked beans -490 cals
Dinner: Tuna and pasta salad with lettuce, grated carrots and cucumber. 1 tble spoon of mayo. - 510 cals
Snacks: fresh raspberries, glass of soya milk 160 cals.

total: 1360 cals.

Exercise:
I walked the dogs today for a good 40 mins.
 
And I have drank 2 litres of water...but I would like to drink more in the future.

Thanks - I am looking forward to chatting with all you calorie counters. :)

I am going on holiday for a week on Saturday but I am determined to stick with the sensible eating and hopefully even lose a couple of pounds.

My weigh day is Saturday - but I won't be here to weigh in as I have to be at the airport at 4am :(... so I shall have two weeks worth of weigh in the following week. :)

I am going to Italy...I know lots of icecream, pizza and pasta but I'll try and be good lol.
 
Day 2:

Today's menu -

Brekky: porridge made with skimmed milk - 260 cals

Lunch: Skinless roast chicken, boiled potatos, carrots & peas - 480

Dinner: Large bowl of cornflakes and milk - 380

Snacks: One crumpet and slice of wafer thin
turkey - 160
Packet of fruit pastilles - 187
Dish of raspberries - 36

Cals 1503 :p gone over by 103 cals...tut tut :D

My exercise for the day has been running around like a blue arsed fly, getting my euros, packing, tidying the house and dog walking for a whole two hours.
Looking forward to a nice lie in tomorrow morning. :)
