Yeah I haven't seen that either. I did have a quick look on the website but nothing there either.
I found this on the atkins carb counter (listed is the carb content) and it doesn't look good compared to soy beans which you say are allowed:
0.5 cups Soybeans, green, boiled 0.9
0.5 cups Soybeans, sprouted, steamed 3.1
0.5 cups White Beans, boiled 22.5
0.5 cups White Beans, canned 28.8
