Is this ok to do?

On the 1000kcal plan we can have a half a pint of skimmed milk.

Can I have a 0% fat fruit yoghurt instead?

Its 56kcal and 0.3g fat and 7.0g sugars in the yoghurt.

In the milk its 41kcal 0.3gfat and 5.7g sugars for 100ml so Im multiplying it by 2 right??

Just wanted to know if it was ok to do?

just bumping this up!:wave_cry:

dont know either but there was a similar question here a few days ago and I thought the answer was yes! Because when I move up to a plan with a skimmed milk allowance I was thinking um I'll do that because I wouldnt touch skimmed milk with a barge pole, full fat milk is the one thing I will not give up when I go back to sensible eating! It just means I sacrifice on other things to have it.
