Has anyone changed from the CD to WW!

Did you gain weight when you started? I'm just thinking once I get to goal to do the points prgram so I don't gain.
 
Several people have successfully made the change, a couple put on a lb or 2 the first week several lost the first week. Gemma actually lost a whopping 8lbs her first week lol

If youre looking to maintain rather than lose you should have no problems :)
 
I Lost 5 stone of WW back in 2000 put it all on within a year :-( - that was going out for too many meals. WW is a good way to maintain but when you get to goal you should not need to do this program if you follow all the CD steps correctly.

Has anyone evr thought about attending a WW course whilst secretly doing the CD SS ? Would love to see their faces when you step on them scales!
 
I am looking at doing this after I move up the steps too, the reason I want to do it is so that I dont have to calorie count, I find it easier to use the points from past experience :) I'm looking forward to it :) I estimate September I'll be hitting the WW board
