QUESTION: Letter after f + half of 8 +mirror of b + letter b4 c + opposite of 7 + middle of sea +19th letter 2 times, 2nd of turn.

someone sent me this.... it dont make any sense to me... asked for the answer and was told i haven't tried long enough!!!

It's gonna annoy me and I'm not going to ask for the answer from the texter again.... so any help would be appreciated!!!
