Hi there this might be a stupid question but does anybody know if Lipotrim has an effect on cholesterol. I've lost 7.5 stone since last August, am exercising 6 nites a week and have completely changed my eating habits. My cholesterol was 6.5 two years ago but I got results today that said it is 6.4 now which really surprised me. Any ideas anyone??

Hi,

First of all I've got to say Congratulations on your fabulous success with your weight loss.

Cholesterol is not always high as a result of eating habits and lifestyle it can just be hereditary and the luck of your genes!

Best Wishes,

Dee

Hi, I have some knowledge on this that might help you....

Some studies show that cholesterol can increase with an acidic lifestyle and diet. Acid forming foods include sugar, white flour, red meat, bad fats, diary products and high protein foods. Also over exercise can increase acid in the body along with smoking, alcohol and stress.

When you come off LT you will probably be follow a more alkaline diet... green veg, brown rice, brown bread, chicken, fish, and you will probably be fitter so exercising probably wont cause acid either. I am sure you will see your cholesterol come down.

For more information on this topic follow this link and download the seminar on this exact subject. If my memory serves me well it will give you case studies of how people who have had hereditary very high cholestrol have dramatically reduced it by following a strict alkaline diet and lifestyle. It also explains how acid makes your body produce more cholestrol.

Worth a listen too, especially if you are interested in the subject.
