Pharmacist appt all booked

Hello Ladies and Gents

Well I ohoned this morning to arrange to get in as soon as possible and they have booked me in for 2moro afternoon, so I am assuming now the next step is she will take my stats, ask me some questions, take some money and hand over some shakes and flapjakes in return!! Is this right??

If it is, then I am all set for starting on Wednesday!!! Whooooop Whoooop!!!!!

Have been drinking water to try and get me used to it!!! I am more of a fizzy drink drinker!!!

Nic has also managed to get in 2moro (we are on oppsite shifts, but squeezing him in in the morning so we can start at the same time) which is brill news.

Get some sparkling water, it fills you and cleanses your palate!

I joined today also at dinner time at the chemist. Got ushered to a back room to get weighed and got a choice of shakes and soups. She said next week i could have flapjacks if i wanted.

I watched the video on saturday to introduce it all and saw the woman at the chemist who booked me in today.

All the usual questions get asked, medical history, any medication etc.

I got weighed but not measured, she did my BMI aswell, which i think was around 39 *where's that shock icon gone*.

So i'm almost 6 hours in and i've had a strawberry shake which tasted fine, and i've downed almost 2 litres of water.

I'm working a nightshift tonight so off to bed now for a few hours, then up to work, and will have a hot chocolate in work at around 5am.

I've cooked husband tea, a big meat feast pizza, and it's not fazed me one bit, but then i'm only 6 hours in LOL.

Good luck to you both. Just remember the first few days are the worst. It does get easier.

flap jack hand outs vary at all chemists I had to wait 3 weeks for mine, some are 2 and you are 1 week.
The only thing I didnt do aand wish I had, thats mesasure everywhere and keep a record of it. Good luck you two and enjoy!

Thanks for mentioning about the measuring, i'm going to do lots of before photo's aswell from all angles, although i've got enough photo's to fill a Max Spielman's shop with me looking huge.

I love how lots of the members here put there weight loss in there signatures, its so inspirational and really lets you see that it can be done if no cheating happens, and thats whats spurring me on.
