Hi all, bit late posting my weigh-in this week due to work but another 5lbs lost so really pleased and determined to keep going. Well done everyone else with your WI's this week and thanks for the support you give myself and others xx

3 weeks. I lost 9lbs in my first week and then %lbs per week for the last 2.
