I seem to have picked up Gastric Flu from someone in my work and I feel really, really ill (not CD related) it's just a highly infectious illness. A nurse today told me that they would recommend day/night nurse to someone with this to help with the aches, pains and general horribleness.
I'm now 6.5 weeks away from my wedding any have found my 'zone' on CD and don't want to take anything that will ruin it.....does anyone know if these medicines are alright to take? If not, can anyone recommend anything?
The only plus side to this is I am dropping weight rapidly lol. I've have one pack in 48 hours and still can't keep water down. I know I will be severely dehydrated so will hold water for quite a few days when I am back to normal.

sound like you need to see docs hun , dont want u dehydrated, give them a ring see wat they say . wish u better soon ! xxxx

Thanks Barbie Girl.
I gave NHS24 a call and they have asked me to go into my local emergency clinic for a check over as this shouldn't be lasting this long (36 hours of constant vomiting :cry. They have also suggested that I may need to receive rehydration treatment.
It's terrible of me but I just don't have the energy to get up and get myself there. I'll see how I feel in the morning, no improvement and I'll make myself go.

keep drinking the water - even if it comes back up a couple of minutes later, drink again - some of it's got to get absorbed.
take some painkillers and get as much sleep as you can.
Hope you are feeling better soon - it sounds horrible
