Does anyone no if there is something like a cream you can to reduce all your excess skin? Just now i have lost alot of weight on tops of arms really saggy skin that wobbles!!!
Please help!!:D

Ive got bingo wings to hun ... somone told me that if you use a good moisturiser it can help with the skin as it keeps it supple .. but im not sure ...
other than that i know you can buy creams which say they tone but im not sure if they work or not! ... sorry not much help hun , Ive got that skin to tho :(

Hiya Gemma..
Well exercise defo helps - and alot of stretching is very important (weird that stretching the skin can help tighten it.. I don't know the science of it..)
Also - moisturising creams do help too but it's mainly the messaging of the skin that does the trick so don't go spending a fortune on creams and potions - get a nice cream that you like and really rub / massage it into your skin at least once a day...
I've just started my stretching and massaging routine to get rid of the wobbly wonder that is me too!!!

Hey hun, lifting light weights helps tighten those upper arms! If you have none do the usual tins of beans thing but really you need quite a moderately heavy weight to have it be successful. Also dry skin brushing and moisturising afterwards can help the tone and the appearance of that area...
YouTube - Flabby arms?
Here's a link to some exercises that might help! x

Hi, Some one on here suggested the dynoband, sorry cannot remember where I saw it, been all over. They had a link for e-bay and it cost about 10.00. Another member had got one and was raving about it as it is simple to use and they are seeing results.

Sorry to be so vague, I will look around and try find it for more info for you. Hopefully they will see this thread and you will get it all first hand.

Good luck

Hi Gem, yes weights would help also bicep dips tighten bingo wings......but also another bit of advice I got was if you take Zinc supplement, it helps with the skins elasticity and helps it spring back into shape.......I was going shopping tonight to get some so that I can take it whilst losing the weight and hopefully that will work :) sorry but hope that helps x

Yep, weights definitely help with underarms too...different exercises specialise in different areas of the arm! Just google it or type it into You Tube for a video of the exercise x
