Hey guys,

Can you tell me roughly how much cheaper the 810 plan is rather than ss?

Sorry, it isn't cheaper as you still have 3(or 4 depending on height) packs a day. If anything it's more expensive as you have to buy food in addition!

You can only do SS ... 3 CD packs, if you have permission from your GP. Otherwise it is SS+ which is 3 CD packs plus 200cal meal, or 4 CD packs plus 200ml skimmed milk. 810 plan is 3 CD packs, a larger than 200cal meal and 200ml skimmed milk.
