Morning all, at home today awaiting my new mattess delivery! Yea!! mixed day today

B: 28g weetabix minis HE B, skim milk HE A, blueberries

L: 5 Quorn chicken dippers 2.5 syns, sweet potato chips, salad 1/3 HE B for olive oil

D: Steak on the grill, bns chips, steamed asparagus

S: fruit, mullerlight
E: 30 min run
W: 3 litres (water & herbal tea)

Another lovely day here in Wirral - last day of my school holiday:cry:Have been a lazy devil most of the week - all go today.
BF - Melon and Mango followed by Fruit n' Fibre (HeB) with skimmed milk (From HeA)
Lunch Vegetable soup followed by 1 small brown roll piled high with a huge cheese (HeA) salad
EM Moroccean Butter beans and cous cous
and a sugar free jelly
Snacks Fruit/Yoghurt
Aiming for 6 - 8 glasses water

afternoon snack - apple and strawberries

Tea - quorn sausages, potato wedges and salad

evening snack - ryvitas (hex b) with marmite and grated cheese (hex a)
 
Hi MRS B are you not hungry eating just ryvitas form lunch??
not at all :) they're surprisingly filling, I do have 4 of them :D
